Supervised by staff members
of the Organisational Psychology Program of the School of Psychology,
the service is staffed by Master
of Psychology (Organisational) students who are conditionally
registered to practise as psychologists with the NSW Psychologists
Registration Board.
Supervisors
are Registered Psychologists with years of experience in psychological
assessment and
vocational guidance.

Winston
Horne is the Director of the Career Research and Assessment
Service. He is also the placement co-ordinator for the Organisational
Masters program at UNSW and teaches psychological assessment.
Before coming to UNSW, Winston worked for NSW State Rail Authority,
United Nations and also OK
Tedi Gold Mines. His expertise lies in the psychological
assessment and training areas. |
Dr
Joanne (Jo) Earl is a Lecturer in Psychology at UNSW where
she conducts research and teaches Career Development to
Masters and Undergraduate students. Jo has worked in the
field of Human Resources and Organisational Psychology since
1988. In addition to teaching she has co-published several
career related books that have been published internationally
including “Resumes that get shortlisted” (Australia
and Vietnam), “Brilliant CV” (UK), and “Amazing
Resumes” (USA). In 2005 she was recognized by the
Australian Association of Career Counsellors for her authorship
and research. |

Doreen Cheong is a registered psychologist, who worked
as an organisational psychologist for 20 years in a large management
consultancy. Doreen has had extensive experience in the interpretation
of personality profiles and in assisting clients in exploring
career options. |
